This page defines the Terms and Conditions for the Promotions for Aspinalls Online Poker Room. Aspinalls Poker forms a part of the Vegas Partner Lounge group.

1. Guidelines

• We will credit your account with any promotional credits within one business day.
• You are required to play through the credits placed in your account as well as any deposit to cash out your bonus. This can be done by betting in a total of 100 raked hands. This doesn't mean you can't win with your credits, but that you must meet these criteria before cashing in your winnings. If you cash in your winnings before betting a total of 100 raked hands Aspinalls Poker has the right to remove all promotional credits that you may have received.
• No bonuses offered to you from the Aspinalls Casino can be redeemed at the Aspinalls Poker Room, and vice versa.
• All promotions can only be claimed once per person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number, or shared computer environment such as a library, workplace, fraternity, university or school.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise no two promotions can be used in combination and promotions only apply to deposits and wagers on the Aspinalls Poker Room download software.
• You are only allowed one real active account. If you have more than one account or the name on the account doesn't match the name on the credit card used to make deposits to the account then all winnings will be void.
• Promotional offers by email are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended e-mail recipient, the offer is null and void.
• We contribute to and make use of a shared industry database of promotion abusers and fraudsters. Individuals known from this database to only make use of promotional offers without ever risking their own funds or to have been involved in any deliberate attempt to take money from an online casino or Poker Room without any serious intention to play will not be eligible for any promotional offers and the Aspinalls Poker Room reserves the right to lock their account and refuse access to the Poker Room.

2. Bonuses

• This offer may only be redeemed once per person.
• Offer applicable only to new Real players.
• Offer only valid for players who registered after 31 March 2008 00h00 EST
• This offer is only valid to real players who download the Poker Software - flash players will not receive this bonus.
• Players need to register at least one credit card before qualifying for promotion.
• This offer is valid at Aspinalls Poker only

• Offer will be credited within 24 hours.
• Should no activity (a purchase or raked play) occur on the player's account for 7 days after the $10 free sign up money was allocated, the $10 will be reversed from the player's account.
• Once a player has claimed the No Deposit Bonus at this Poker Room, he/she is ineligible to claim it at any other of our Poker Rooms (Golden Riviera Poker, Crazy Poker).
• You are required to play through the credits placed in your account as well as any deposit to cash out your bonus. This can be done by betting in a total of 100 raked hands. This doesn't mean you can't win with your credits, but that you must meet these criteria before cashing in your winnings. If you cash in your winnings before betting a total of 100 raked handsAspinalls Poker has the right to remove all promotional credits that you may have received. Terms and Conditions Applicable to 100% Match offer

In order to receive the 100% match up to $1000 sign-up offer, players need to download the free Aspinalls Poker software and register a Real money account for the first time at our online poker room.

1. All promotions can only be claimed once per person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number, or shared computer environment such as a library, workplace, fraternity, university or school.
2. Players will be awarded the 100% deposit bonus (up to a maximum of a $1000 bonus) if the following terms are met:

• The Player must earn 10 points for every $1 claimed
• Players will receive their bonus in $10 increments every time they reach 100 points
• A maximum bonus of $1000
• Players have 21 days to accumulate your purchases up to $1000
• Only Raked hands must be played at poker tables with limits no lower than $0.25/$0.50.
• Players have 60 days to clear their bonus from the time of their first deposit.
• Your bonus will be credited to your poker account automatically once you have reached the necessary number of points.
• Stakes at Guest tables do not contribute to eligibility for this offer.
• The offer is available to genuine players only, genuine players being ones that are active /participating in games with the intention of winning pots. Any players who attempt to abuse the offer by contributing only the small/big blinds with no intention to actively participate in games will forfeit the right to claim the opening bonus

3. Your bonus will be credited to your poker account within 6 hours after you meet the terms above.

3. Eligibility

• Strictly over 18’s only.
• Promotion valid to only one person, family, household, address, email address, telephone number, payment method account numbers, and shared computer (eg. school, public library or workplace). This offer applies exclusively to the first account created and will not apply to further accounts opened.
• Personal information provided when opening an account must be complete and accurate in all respects.
• The name on the card used must be the same as that used to register with the site.
• We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
• All decisions made by Aspinalls Poker regarding the awarding of free poker chips are final.
